Time Flies....

Well, I guess this is what happens when you have 3 kids, a house that was up for sale and a variety of personal issues going on at the same time!! So much has happened since my last post!! Gage and Sydney are cranking away at school, acing spelling tests, building their reading levels and just having a great year!

February 15th, I went back to work! It was great to get back to routine and see all of my great work friends. Abby loves her day care and so do we! I will admit that this time around was harder to go back to work, but after about 6 weeks back in the groove, all is well!!

March 3rd, we celebrated my mom and I's birthdays at Roja with Fajita Frenzy and Mojitos! Mmmmm

March 7th, Abby was baptised! Grandpa Steve came back for a really nice visit that weekend and we just hung out and had lots of quality time at the house!

March 12th, we accepted an offer from a young couple to buy our house and close April 19th. yikes! No house in mind, what will happen next?!

March 14th, we make an offer on a house we love and yes, we got it!! We move in April 19th and can't wait. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom 2-story, located about 8 blocks West of where we are today! We said we wanted to stay in the neighborhood!! There are even a couple bonus items in the backyard...an above-ground pool and a hot tub! Should be a fun summer! (this is the best picture I could find)

And here we are, March 29th...we have started packing and preparing for all the future holds. My mom is having surgery on Thursday to remove breast cancer and we can't wait for that to be over! God bless my wonderful mom during this hard time. We love her so much and think the world of her!! Keep her in your thoughts and prayers!
