Went to the doctor today for my 35 week checkup and all is well. Weekly appointments start now and the countdown begins. We have scheduled my c-section for Thursday, December 3rd. Now just awaiting a time, most likely in the afternoon. Now of course, this is if she decides not to come on her own any earlier. So, by the week of December 8th, we will be home with our new bundle of joy! Sydney and Gage are so excited and cannot believe this isn't just going to happen tomorrow.
Rich put the crib up and it is taking up way too much room in Sydney's room. I think we need to bite the bullet in 2010 and move. It will be fine, just makes her room a lot smaller than it was....these two sisters will be very close. :) Had a baby shower at work on Tuesday, which was spectacular! My team bought us our car seat AND stroller, as well as numerous little accessories. I have one more shower this weekend and excited to start getting organized, since we really have done nothing. The bassinet is still in the basement and probably needs to go upstairs.
Not much else going on, wanted to let you know our date and as time goes on, updates will be posted. Can't wait for the holidays and seeing many of you again!
