Christmas is Coming!

On Friday night, we went to Village Pointe, the outdoor shopping mall, for the tree lightling and Santa parade. We picked up Aunt Lauren on our way and she came along for the fun. There were lots of people and it was cool outside, but not too terribly chilly with your coat and hat on.

Of course, the ferris wheel at Scheel's was the first stop. Gage rode with Lauren and Sydney rode with me. It was the first time Sydney rode the ferris wheel and she did GREAT!!

The Santa parade was short, Santa, Mrs Claus, Rudolph, Frosty the Snowman and the Grinch were just a few of the guests. There were so many people, it was pretty hard to see. Gage was on Rich's shoulders and Sydney was on my shoulders. We took some pictures by the tree and headed the Cheeseburger in Paradise for some mini cheeseburgers and cocktails. On our way, we saw the Grinch and he was all green and sneaky! This weekend was a lot of fun.
