Friday was our first prenatal visit and today was our first ultrasound. It was an early one, but exciting because baby #3's heart was beating a mile a minute! During our prenatal visit, I was reminded of many of the things I forgot about....since it has been 5 years! The nausea and tiredness is for the birds. I was thrilled when Dr Bassett told me that my iced hazlenut latte is okto have daily, but will be it for the day, limiting the caffeine is important.
Gage and Sydney are enjoying all of the questions and funny little quirks that they have been saying. For one, Sydney is very excited and makes sure to let everyone know that she is very excited for her baby sister!! As you know, we do not know the sex yet, but she is very sure that a girl is important to her. Gage is very interested in the size of mommy and the baby. He told me that he needs to eat some more food to make the baby grow faster.
Sydney has Kindergarten roundup on Friday morning. She will attend with Gage's teacher, Mr Greve, who will also be her kindergarten teacher. She is really excited to attend and experience the fun that her brother has been telling her about. Gage doesn't have school Friday since the kids don't have school, so we are planning a zoo trip as long as the weather is nice. We should have fun!
